The rude "managers" on the casino floor obviously took a training class in, oh you hit the jackpot so I am going to be rude so you will leave class, one of my friends hit 3 jackpots, the fist one they paid her out. The kid at the front desk had no clue where we could get a bottled water after the bar closed, ZERO help, all he could say was ummmm I don't know? So we asked to speak to his manager in hopes that she could help us, she came all the way to our room to tell us.they had no bottle water? We have gambled all night receiving water whenever we wanted, but a few steps into the hotel you have no water? she informed us of the soda machines, which I informed her had out of order sign on it.she said "sorry". The customer service is a lost art there, from the what appeared to be an extremely "high" kid working the front desk on the over night shift, to the numerous managers that we encounter. I must start by saying I never have enjoyed this place, this time was just one of many bad experiences. This last Sunday a group of 10 girls ( age 30-40ish) for a Birthday party.
